| The Lavender Line is a small preserved railway run entirely by volunteers. We are based at Isfield in East Sussex and have about 1 and a 1/4 miles of track. We have a well preserved station and a Grade II listed signal box. |

| We have at present two steam engines Lady Angela - a Peckett 0-4-0 Saddle Tank who is on hire from the South Devon Railway and a Sentinel Vertical boilered Shunter. We also have two privately owned diesels, a vulcan and a barclay and an 0-4-0 planet shunter. A Thumper DEMU is undergoing restoration and the Pway Department have Wickham type 27 trolley. |
